In my work as a trainer, I have written and designed six Master of Science courses (three in in psychotherapy, two in supervision and one in counselling), and have redesigned as a consultancy project a Master of Arts programme in psychotherapy. I have also redesigned a counselling diploma course for the purposes of professional course accreditation.

I work with institutes on large projects, such as developing academic programmes, and course accreditation, course design, ensuring compliance with external monitoring and validation and course development. I also work with teams and individuals on facilitation, training for trainers, and a range of consultancy and supervisory topics.
